Confirm the logged-in account
Read the account ID or mobile number shown in the profile. Do not pay while another person's account is active on the device.
Wallet funding and payment status
Prepare payment details, understand each transaction status, keep useful records and avoid duplicate payments when a deposit does not appear immediately.

Key details
Use these points to verify the account, payment request and transaction record before sending money.
Before adding funds
Treat the payment as an entertainment expense and confirm the current account conditions first.
A Jai Club deposit generally adds available balance to an account so that eligible games or wallet features can be used. It should not be treated as an investment, a guaranteed-return product or a method to recover an earlier loss. Decide the maximum amount before opening the payment screen and do not increase it because of a countdown, message or promotional claim.
Sign in through a confirmed account and check the displayed user ID before paying. A payment made while the wrong account is open can be difficult to trace. Also review whether the account shows a minimum amount, maximum amount, selected channel or temporary payment instructions. These details can change and should be read at the time of the transaction.
Do not deposit money reserved for rent, bills, debt payments, education or household needs. Never borrow funds to continue a game session.
Payment preparation
Read the account ID or mobile number shown in the profile. Do not pay while another person's account is active on the device.
The minimum, maximum and available channels can change. Use the values displayed inside the current wallet screen.
A deposit-linked offer may have an eligible amount, selected method, turnover rule and expiry. Read the complete terms before paying.
A matching name and accessible payment history can make a genuine transaction review easier.
Switching apps is normal, but do not close every screen until the payment result and reference are visible.
Do not start several deposits for the same amount while the first transaction remains pending.
Deposit sequence
Use the account menu displayed after Jai Club login. Confirm that the correct account remains active.
Use only the options shown inside the current wallet. Do not transfer to an account number or UPI ID received separately in a message.
Check every digit before continuing. A larger amount should not be used merely to unlock a promotion that has not been fully understood.
Read the recipient and amount shown by the payment provider. Approve only the transaction you started.
Keep the provider transaction ID, time, amount and confirmation screen. These are more useful than a cropped image without identifying details.
Wait for the platform to update. Read the current status before refreshing repeatedly or starting another deposit.
Status meanings
The request was opened, but the payment provider may not have confirmed completion. Do not assume the wallet has been credited.
The transaction is waiting for provider, bank or platform confirmation. Keep records and avoid a duplicate payment for the same request.
The account should show the credited balance or completed entry. Compare the amount and any bonus separately.
The request did not complete. Check whether the provider deducted money before trying again.
The provider returned or is returning the amount. Bank timing can differ from the platform status.
The payment window closed before completion. Start a new request only after confirming that the old one was not charged.
Missing wallet credit
Collect the facts first; another payment can make the issue harder to separate.
Look for success, pending, failed or reversed status in the bank or UPI app. A notification alone may not show the final result.
Open the wallet record and compare amount, time and status. Take a complete screenshot that includes the request ID where available.
Some transactions update after a delay. Use the time shown on the platform rather than relying on a promise from an unrelated person.
Keep the account ID, amount, date, exact time, payment reference and wallet request ID. Hide unnecessary bank balance or unrelated transaction details.
Do not send OTPs, passwords or remote-access permission. A transaction review should not require another payment to release the first one.
A payment request can open a UPI app or display a QR code. Check the amount and recipient shown by the payment provider. Do not approve a collect request that you did not start, and never enter a UPI PIN to receive money.
Keep the UTR or provider reference until the Jai Club wallet entry is complete.
Payment accounts can change. Reusing old beneficiary details or instructions from a screenshot can send money to the wrong destination. Confirm the active request, exact amount and any required reference before transfer.
Do not split one payment across several accounts unless the current wallet screen explicitly requires it.
Deposit-linked offers
A successful payment does not automatically mean that every advertised reward applies.
Frequently asked questions
These answers deal with adding funds, transaction evidence and missing wallet credit while leaving payout questions to the withdrawal page.
Sign in to the intended account, open the wallet or deposit area, choose a method displayed there, enter an amount within the current limits and save the payment reference.
The bank, payment provider or platform may still be confirming the transaction. Keep the reference and avoid making a duplicate payment while the first request remains unresolved.
Check the final provider status and Jai Club transaction history. Save the account ID, amount, time, UTR and wallet request ID before using the contact path inside the confirmed account.
Use only the payment details shown for the current request. Old details can expire or change.
No. Eligibility, amount, payment method, turnover and expiry can vary. Read the active terms before paying.
No. A duplicate payment can create two separate transactions and make the original issue harder to trace.
Keep the provider reference, amount, date, exact time, account ID and the deposit entry shown in wallet history.
Do not share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs or remote-control access. A transaction review should not require those details.
